It wasn’t just Ohio State Football using this past weekend as a recruiting tool, the basketball team got in on the action as well.
They played an exhibition contest against Dayton, but before that happened, the coaching staff offered 2025 Toledo shooting guard, Antione West, a scholarship.
The 6-foot, 3-inch, 175-pound prospect isn’t currently ranked by any services, but has an offer list that included Georgia, Arizona State, Nebraska, Penn State and others. You would have to expect that once his class is reranked, that West will be somewhere in the top-150 prospects.
West was his districts player of the year, and was named to the first team- All-Ohio squad following his sophomore season.
