Odell Beckham Jr. got his career back on the right path when he joined the Rams in 2021 following his release from the Browns. And even though he ended up tearing his ACL in the Super Bowl later that season, he helped himself by showing he’s still a dangerous receiver during his brief time with the Rams.
Sean McVay was one of the many folks inside the Rams’ building that believed in Beckham, enough to take a chance on him despite knowing the receiver didn’t have an ACL in his surgically repaired knee.
Beckham is forever grateful for that, sharing some love for McVay on Twitter this weekend. He said McVay changed his life “forever” and that he loves and misses his Rams family, also adding that he “can’t wait to whoop” McVay and Raheem Morris when the Ravens face Los Angeles this season.
Coach Mcvay, you changed my life forever man. Grateful I had that experience wit u, single handedly changed my life. Love and miss them boys over there , can’t wait to whooop u and coach Rah this year 😂😂😂😂😂

It’s unfortunate that the Rams and Beckham never got a contract extension to work because he was a special player in their offense. He’s now in Baltimore on a one-year deal, so perhaps he and the Rams will reconnect after the season if he hits free agency again.
