Nothing is going "All in on headphones," and this new Headphone (a) leak has me excited

Nothing Headphone (1).

The Nothing Headphone (1) went from a pair of headphones I was disappointed by to headphones I love — all thanks to software updates. Since then, I've been more curious about what goodies the firm might be cooking up next. Thankfully, I've not got long to wait, because it looks like we'll see a follow-up sooner rather than later.

Thanks to billbil-kun at Dealabs (translated to English here), we've got some idea of when we might see the new (cheaper) Nothing Headphone (a), how much they'll cost in the U.K. and Europe, and what kind of colors we can expect them to come in. Color me intrigued.

What can we expect?

First things first — we've got a date. Apparently, they're launching on March 5 and you'll be able to buy some a week later on March 12. That's not too long to wait at all.

We've also got some colors — Pink, White, Black, and Yellow. That's two colors more than the Headphone (1), which only came in Black or White. These are going to be a whole lot more jazzy, from the looks of things, but you'll likely miss out on some of the more premium features of the costlier pair.

What that looks like remains to be seen, but sacrifices have to be made for price. We have prices too, although we're going to have to read between the lines to get an idea of how much they'll cost in the U.S.

We've got prices in Euros and pounds at the moment — €159 and £149. Looking at the Headphone (1), which cost £299 in the UK and $299 in the US, we could well get a similar pound-to-dollar price with this budget pair.

This is an exciting time for headphones and earbuds, especially now that brands are starting to make models that don't cost the world.
