Iranian deputy foreign minister Kazem Gharibabadi on Thursday said that Tehran has nearly completed its first draft to establish a new navigation regime in the Strait of Hormuz.

In an interview with the Sputnik, Gharibabadi said that Tehran is planning to begin talks with Oman to develop a joint solution.
