Nissan has an all-new Rogue Hybrid available for 2027, and those who want something a little cheaper are still in luck. The combustion-powered Nissan Rogue carries over into the 2027 model year with a small price increase across the entire range.
The 2027 Nissan Rogue S, with front-wheel drive, starts at $31,265, $230 more than the outgoing model (all prices include the $1,575 destination charge, up $30). All-wheel drive is optional for $1,400 and is also available on the SV and Rock Creek trims.
Prices for the 2027 Rogue SV and Rogue Dark Armor also increase by $230 to $32,265 and $35,115, respectively. The 2027 Rogue Rock Creek receives the largest price increase of $580. It now starts at $36,515. The Rogue Platinum is $430 more expensive than before at $41,365. All prices include destination.

Under the hood is Nissan’s 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine. It produces 201 horsepower and 225 pound-feet of torque and pairs with the automaker’s Xtronic continuously variable transmission, which has new tuning.
According to Nissan, the updated transmission provides “crisper throttle response” with “a smoother and more linear acceleration profile.” The 2027 Rogue returns an EPA-estimated 28 miles per gallon in the city, 33 mph on the highway, and 30 mpg combined.
The rest of the Rogue is carried over from the current model.
The Competition
While the 2027 Nissan Rogue is more expensive than before, it remains a good value compared to many competitors. It is cheaper than the 2026 Toyota RAV4 ($33,495) and 2027 Honda CR-V ($33,070).
The Rogue is also cheaper than the 2026 Mazda CX-5 and 2026 Hyundai Tucson, but by a smaller margin. The CX-5 starts at $31,585, while the Tucson starts at $31,350, and we expect those prices to increase for 2027.
The two models that are cheaper than the Nissan are the 2027 Chevrolet Equinox and the 2027 Kia Sportage. Both start at under $31,000 with destination—$30,995 and $30.485.

Motor1’s Take: The non-hybrid Nissan Rogue might be a carryover model, but the automaker is planning a new combustion version to sit alongside the new Rogue Hybrid. It should feature updated styling more in line with the new model and several other updates, but until then, the 2027 Rogue remains a value.
