Nicola Bulley: Body found in river search for missing dog walker after 23 days

A body has been found in the river near to where dog walker Nicola Bulley went missing, police have confirmed.

The 45-year-old mortgage adviser vanished in St Michael's on Wyre while walking her dog after dropping her daughters, aged six and nine, at school on January 27.

Today, a Lancashire Police spokesman said officers recovered a body in the river, less than a mile from where Ms Bulley was last seen, at around 11.35am.
