One Direction heartthrob Niall Horan has revealed he was cared for by airline staff after falling ‘extremely ill’ on a flight.
The boyband member turned solo singer told how he suddenly fell ill while travelling with British Airways and has thanked staff who came to his aid.
Niall, who was due to appear on Ireland’s Late Late Show yesterday, was forced to pull out of the show after falling 'very poorly.'

Taking to his official Twitter the Slow Hands singer wrote: "Thank you to the staff on that @British_Airways flight.
"I was extremely ill and they took such good care of me."
And British Airways replied to thank the 28-year-old hitmaker for his comments.
They tweeted: "Thanks for your lovely comments about the care you received from our crew on your flight, Niall.
"We'll be sure to pass on your thanks to them."
Well-wishers rushed to send get well messages to Niall who shot to fame as a member of One Direction formed on The X Factor in 2010.
One fan said: "Hope your getting better!"
@AngelaxHoran said: "I hope you’re feeling better now Niall!"
And another fan tweeted: "Really hope you get well soon, we all love you so much, take some time to look after yourself and get better x"
Niall was reportedly due to speak to host Ryan Tubridy in a call from his home in Los Angeles to pay tribute to Irish golfer Leona Maguire who was appearing on the show.
However, the show’s official Twitter account revealed the singer was not able to make it.
"‘We’re deva! Unfortunately @NiallOfficial won’t be able to make tonight’s show," said show bossses.
‘He’s very poorly & is so disappointed that he couldn’t be on the #LateLate tonight. However he is very proud of @leona_maguire and all that she has achieved!!"
The singer did not elaborate further on what had caused his illness.
