A flurry of moves were made on the final day before Tuesday’s 4 p.m. ET deadline, as teams tried to add those additional pieces to get them over the hump, or got an early start on their offseason plans by adding draft capital.

Full trade: The #Falcons are trading a conditional seventh-round pick to the #Chiefs for CB Rashad Fenton, per source. It's a cap-clearing move for Kansas City, which saves $1.4 million.
