A woman has hit out at a travel company after being charged £700 to change a surname on a holiday booking.
Sharon Barrett, from Sunderland, was preparing to go away with her new husband Paul when she was contacted by Hays Travel.
This was fewer than two weeks before the newlywed couple were scheduled to fly to New York on December 9.
