A new luxury hotel complete with a rooftop terrace will open later this year in Ropewalks.
IHG Hotels and Resorts will launch its Vignette Collection in the UK with The Halyard at Ropewalks Liverpool. The 133-room luxury venue will boast a restaurant, an on-site gym, conferencing facilities and a rooftop terrace.
Renderings show the design of the hotel as chic and modern with a mix of industrial and contemporary elements. The seating area features a combination of dark wood chairs and plush seating options with navy blue and burnt orange pops of colour featuring throughout.

The bar area is sleek and modern with spotlights creating a cosy atmosphere. Hanging plants adorn the walls and ceilings and a patterned tiled floor adds a focal point. An exterior rendering shows the huge scale of the hotel opposite The Monro pub on Duke Street.
The Halyard at Ropewalks Liverpool, Vignette Collection will open under a franchise agreement with Molo Hotels and will be operated by Lighthouse Hotel Management. IHG say the signing of the hotel in Liverpool will create 71 jobs.
The Halyard is not the only luxury hotel to open in Liverpool. The MGallery hotel in the Municipal Buildings launches next month.
