Plans for a five-bed mansion have riled up neighbours on a quiet cul-de-sac. Some objectors claim the house could be up to four-storeys, with residents fearing it could block out the sun.
The giant home could feature a connected double garage, a basement, a library, a drawing room, a sizeable garden, and a conservatory. Plans indicate two of the bedrooms would have en-suites and one would have a walk-in dressing room.
But neighbours have not reacted well to the proposals, with some labelling them ‘inaccurate and misleading’ in their current form. Concerns have been raised about the loss of privacy and sunlight the towering residency in the Birmingham suburb, could create, BirminghamLive reports.
