The Oklahoma City Thunder agreed to a trade with the Dallas Mavericks, sending the No. 12 pick and a trade exception in exchange for the No. 10 pick, which was used to draft Kentucky guard Cason Wallace, and Davis Bertans.

Bertans is owed $33 million over the next two seasons, with an early termination option for the 2024-25 season. In 45 games last season, he averaged 4.6 points on 43.1% shooting and 1.2 rebounds. He also shot 39% from 3 on 3.1 attempts.
