In his summer league debut, things went about as perfect as they could’ve went with No. 2 pick Chet Holmgren.
The Oklahoma City Thunder blew out the Utah Jazz with a 21-point win and Holmgren had one of the most dominating performances in summer league history.
Holmgren finished with 23 points on 7-of-9 shooting that included going 4-of-6 shooting from outside while also adding seven rebounds, four assists and a summer-league-record six blocks.
Holmgren’s performance was so impressive that it even caused him to be the top trending topic on Twitter in the United States during the game.
