Whilst many sunny vacations are all about getting our tan on with a drink in hand, Hollywood movies have always depicted an idyllic holiday romance. Taking the idea quite literally, social media star Lillie revealed that her mum paid a holidaygoer to speak to her daughter in the hopes that she'll find love.
In a video, which has already surpassed 70,000 views to date, she detailed how her mum "pressured" her to find a holiday romance. Taking a step too far, Lillie was gobsmacked after a boy claimed that her mum paid him "a tenner" to come over for a chat.

"This whole holiday my mum has been pressuring me to meet people, talk to people, and find a holiday love or whatever," she said.
"Anyway, I'm sat down at this table with my friend yesterday and all of a sudden I see this boy talking to my mum - and I'm like, 'Oh, this can't be good.'
"So, I'm sat there and a minute or two goes past and I see him walking down - he's clearly coming over to walk to our table."
When the holidaygoer sat down at Lillie's table, she described how she doesn't want the guy asking for her social media - otherwise she'll "cry and run off".
However, she was left gobsmacked when he revealed the insight into the conversation with her mum.
She said: "He sits down and he's like, 'Your mum has told me to come over and speak to you'."
In disbelief, Lillie shook her head and was stunned by the interaction - to which she told him that he can "just ignore her".
She continued: "I said, 'You don't have to come over and speak to me, you can go off and do your own thing - it's fine. Just ignore her.
"He's like, 'She offered me a tenner.
"I was like, 'Please, can you just go away? This is really awkward."
Whilst the situation initially may have seemed a little strange, Lillie was quickly interested by the lad's occupation after discovering that he was in a band.
"He stayed and we ended up talking and he mentioned that he was in a band and he showed me videos and he was great - he's a guitarist and he was really really really good!" She said.
"And my mum ended up mentioning that I sing and we talked about that - and he was like, 'Who's your inspiration?'
"I was like, ' Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan..."
Lillie has raked in a healthy following on TikTok of over 12,500 followers of her dedication and interest in the Watermelon Sugar singer.
It only made sense, therefore, that she was left speechless by the shocking claim that the guy was in the presence of the singer when he recorded the smash hit.
"I was in the studio when Harry Styles recorded Watermelon Sugar," the guy told Lillie.
Whilst she was elated by the news and shared the ordeal onto the popular social media site, viewers rushed to the comment section - all of whom were shocked by the same thing.
"NOT THE MONEY BRIBE," a user penned beside a crying emoji.
"A TENNER," another wrote beside two crying emojis.
A third added: "IF MY MUM DID THAT I WOULD LITERALLY DIE."
"THE FRICKING TENNER," a fourth said.
