The My 600lb Life star Amber Rachdi looks unrecognisable after their impressive weight loss transformation.
Amber - who goes by the pronoun ' they' - was just 23-years-old at the time of filming the TLC series in 2015, and weighed just over 47 stone when they decided to change their path.
Back then, they needed their family and boyfriend to help her with day-to-day tasks, and made it clear that their desire to lose weight came from a health perspective as they feared she would die at a young age.
