A mum has praised Home Bargains for its mega-cheap sun cream deal that's seen one popular kids' brand reduced by more than half-price.
Childs Farm sun cream is a popular brand for children and their 125ml sensitive bottle normally costs £11.99 on Amazon and Boots but one savvy shopper took to social media to share her £2.49 find at Home Bargains.
Samantha Davis posted the deal in the Money Saving group on Facebook which has more than 341,000 members. Sharing her find, she said: "Just been to Home Bargains, looked at the sunscreen while I was in there thinking it would all be cheap low quality brands. Got this for £2.49. It's £12.99 direct from Child's Farm and £11.99 on Amazon!"

It means the bargain store has a discount of 72% on the sun cream, with a total saving of £9.50. Child's Farm sun cream is water-resistant and suitable for babies and children aged six months and over, it's unscented and has a 50+ SPF protection.
It claims to protect young and sensitive skin from UVA and UVB rays whilst also keeping skin moisturised and hydrated. The product has also been dermatologist approved for sensitive or eczema-prone skin and contains no artificial colours, parabens or mineral oils.
Childs Farm sun cream passed Which?'s UVA and SPF tests last year, meaning it was rated good for protecting children from UVA rays. Which? test SPF and UVA protection according to British Standards, to see if products meet the claims on the bottle. Other children's sun creams which were rated well included Boots Soltan Kids Protect & Moisturise Suncare Lotion, £4/200ml, available from Boots and Garnier Ambre Solaire Kids Sensitive Sun Protection Lotion, £7/200ml, available from Boots, Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
