A “beautiful” mum who went under the knife for a bum lift and later died of complications only had the operation as her boyfriend at the time wanted her to have a bigger bottom.
Lygia Fazio, 40, had the industrial-silicone and PMMA added three years ago but was hospitalised when the substances had spread throughout her body.
She spent three months having them removed but last month suffered a stroke as a result of them and was rushed back to hospital.
