A mum of two didn’t know why she was always so exhausted after getting home from work until she realised she has a life changing condition.

40-year-old Carrie Kearns has only recently discovered she has autism after struggling to fit-in her entire life and often considering herself a loner.

NHS staff told her the reason she felt so exhausted was because she was “masking all day” in order to try and fit in.
