A woman has given birth to a second child with her stepson who she helped raised since the age of seven.
Marina Balmasheva, 37, already has a daughter with Vladimir Shavyrin, now 23, after first being married to his father Alexey Shavyrin.
The 47-year-old now cares for their five adopted children.
