A new CNN/SSRS poll released on Friday shows a majority of Americans believe President Donald Trump is not focused on the country's most pressing problems as he completes his first year back in the White House.
According to the CNN poll, 58 percent of respondents describe Trump's first year in office as a "failure," and just 36 percent say he is pursuing the right priorities for the country, marking a significant drop from the roughly 45 percent who felt that way early in his term. Voters cited economic concerns and frustration over the cost of living as central reasons for their discontent.
