Molly-Mae cruelly mum-shamed over Bambi's lavish wardrobe with £300 Gucci shoes

Molly-Mae Hague fans have once again defended the star from critics taking issue with her parenting choices.

As the former Love Island star showed off her newborn's wardrobe earlier this week, many internet users spotted how baby Bambi is already wearing designer clobber - including £300 Gucci shoes.

The PrettyLittleThing creative director, 23, was 'mum-shamed' by some online accusing her of flaunting her wealth during a cost of living crisis, with others directly telling the star her daughter is 'not an accessory'.

But Molly-Mae's supporters were quick to rush to their idol's defence - reminding critics to be kind and pointing out the mum-of-one is free to spend her own money however she wants.

Molly-Mae and boyfriend Tommy Fury - who officially announced on Monday that their first child was born on January 23 - looked besotted as they arrived back at their £3.5million mansion with little Bambi in tow earlier this week.

In her most recent Instagram post, Molly-Mae wears silk white pyjamas with her hair scraped back, as she smiles for a selfie, while Bambi wears a cute grey onesie decorated with white clouds.

Behind the reality TV star, a huge collection of baby clothes and accessories can be seen neatly arranged in Bambi's organised wardrobe.

Molly-Mae simply captioned the post: "Let's play dress up," followed by an array of emojis, but it was enough to attract a barrage of criticism.

One Instagram user commented on the post: "While it’s amazing you’re enjoying your baby bubble and just want to show the world, you should also remember those who are struggle and can’t even buy their kids 1 pair of new shoes.

"You’re very lucky, you’re very fortunate and you’ve had a lot of opportunities presented to you, but just spare a thought for those who literally have nothing."

Another unimpressed critic added: "Brag all time you are a show off do you have a job cost living crisis people struggling."

"The baby has more clothes and shoes than me already," a third quipped in the comments underneath Molly-Mae's post.

Amongst the criticism, the star's loyal fans hit back at negative comments and reminded others to 'be kind'.

"I am 100000000% unapologetically living for these posts. Please don’t stop sharing these moments, you are the cutest mom and Bambi is the sweetest angel," one pleaded in her message to Molly-Mae.

"I can’t wait to keep watching your story unfold, from Love Island to a completely perfect fairytale. I am SO happy for you."

Another agreed, writing: "Honestly some of these comments over the past few days have been awful! Would you mum shame her if she was your friend? Leave the woman alone she's a first time mummy & emotions are high after a baby is born what ever happened to Be Kind!"

This isn't the first time Molly-Mae has been criticised regarding her parenting decision, with the star's fans forced to defend her earlier this month as she returned home from hospital and showed Bambi around their home.

Molly-Mae's partner Tommy is yet to attract comparable levels of criticism underneath his posts of a similar nature.
