Pudsey and his famous friends have given Children in Need viewers a sneak peek around the Children in Need call centre. With the flagship fundraiser now underway, a number of celebrities will swap their day jobs for a shift raising money.
The BBC has now released a tongue-in-cheek mockumentary lifting the lid on some of Pudsey's unsung heroes. Usually, what goes on behind the scenes is a closely guarded secret.
In it, call centre supervisor Lenny Rush wonders if he is 'being unreasonable' as he has his hands full with the famous faces. Included in the video are Mr Blobby, Natalie Cassidy, Rachel Riley, Lorraine Kelly, Ben Shephard, Rev Kate Bottley, Sir Mo Farah, Iain Stirling, Deborah Meaden, Peter Jones, Lord Sugar, Jonathan Bailey, Darren Harriott, Peter Andre, Richard Madeley and many more.
'Child star' Lenny quips: "It is an absolute honour to be managing the Children in Need call centre. I was told this job would be seriously easy, if it wasn't for the fact everyone here is a celebrity.
"I mean, most of them haven't used a phone since 2005. They have people to do that for them."
In the mockumentary, we see some celebrities struggling to get to grips with their new job, while others flourish. But ultimately they rally around to help raise funds for the charity.
