The summer window usually promises plenty of arrivals for clubs up and down the country. But, it also means plenty of departures too.
LeedsLive takes a look at how the Whites former players, who left in the summer of 2021, have got on away from Elland Road.
Pablo Hernandez
Pablo Hernandez will always be fondly remembered at Elland Road.
The 37-year-old spent five seasons with Leeds and was a key member of the Marcelo Bielsa side that secured promotion from the Championship to the Premier League in the 2019/20 campaign. Following his release last summer, Hernandez signed for CD Castellón who play in the third tier of Spanish football.

However, he still holds Leeds fondly in his heart and was even in the ground for the Whites dramatic 1-1 draw against Brighton & Hove Albion which all but saved their season.
Ezgjan Alioski
Ezgjan Alioski spent four seasons at Elland Road, making over 150 appearances for Leeds United.
He played a pivotal part in helping Leeds to an impressive ninth place finish in the Premier League during the 2020/21 campaign under Marcelo Bielsa.
However, while Leeds did offer Alioski a new contract following the end of that season, the Macedonian international opted to leave Elland Road on a free.
The 30-year-old signed for Saudi Pro League side Al Ahli and has enjoyed a strong season. The winger turned left-back scored six goals and registered eight assists this season.
Gaetano Berardi
Similar to Alioski, Gaetano Berardi was another defender who made over 150 appearances for Leeds during his time at Elland Road. He only made two appearances during his final season with the Whites before being released that summer.
Following his release, Berardi signed for Swiss side FC Sion in January 2022. To date, he has made nine appearances so far for Sion.
Barry Douglas
Barry Douglas left Leeds on a free last summer to rejoin Polish side Lech Poznan, where he had previously spent three years. And Douglas has enjoyed immediate success on his return to Poland.
The left-back made 19 appearances in all competitions for Lech Poznan, helping them to secure the Ekstraklasa title this season.
And the rest...
Oliver Casey signed for Blackpool last summer and made six appearances in the Championship this season scoring one goal. Niall Huggins joined Sunderland who earned promotion back to the Championship after beating Wycombe Wanderers 2-0 in the League One play-off final. Huggins made two appearances this season for the Black Cats. Robbie Gotts has walked straight into Barrow's starting line-up since his departure from Leeds. Gotts made 35 appearances in League Two for the Bluebirds this season.
