Arsenal have been given another reason to pursue a deal for Djed Spence after his Championship domination. The full-back was awarded with three awards after amazing performances in March.
His triple award came in the same week that Arsenal were beaten by Southampton, which has seriously hampered the Gunners' chances of a top-four place. In that match, Mikel Arteta had substituted both of his starting full-back’s highlighting that they are positions that need addressing in the summer transfer window.
Spence has been heavily linked with a £15m move to the club in recent times. If he continues his excellent displays in the Championship, then it is a deal that Edu should certainly look to complete.
