Michigan State is welcoming the USC Trojans to the Big Ten by trying to steal away one of their prized commits in the 2024 class.
Aaron Butler of Calabasas, Calif. announced on Monday that he’s received an offer from the Spartans. Butler has been committed to USC since January.
Butler is a four-star athlete prospect in the 2024 class. He’s ranked as the No. 9 athlete and No. 70 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the class.
Butler holds offers from nearly 30 schools, and is considered a highly-touted prospect in the 2024 class. We will see if the Spartans can make a move at Butler or if he’ll remain committed to the Trojans moving forward.
After a great conversation with coach Barnett I’m truly Blessed to have received another offer from Michigan State University. #GoGreen @HarlonBarnett @Coach_mtucker @MSU_Football #30 pic.twitter.com/f1yPDxJuB5
