Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright 'to be separated again after Australia reunion'

Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan 's long-distance relationship looks set to continue for a little longer.

The actress - who is currently filming in Australia - is reportedly heading up North when she returns to the U.K, after signing up to continue her role as Erin Croft in the new series of Sky's Brassic.

Mark meanwhile, will reportedly remain in Essex as work continues on the happy couple's dream mansion nears completion after over a year of construction.

A TV insider claims the pair have "made it work so many times before" so have no worries regarding this new upcoming long-distance stint.

The source also alleges Michelle will be heading back down South on all her days off from filming, in order to spend as much of her free time with Mark as possible.

"Michelle is going pretty much straight into filming a new Brassic when she gets back," the insider claims to The Sun.

"She is a hugely in demand actress, so she’s ended up having to work on two massive shows back to back.

"She can’t wait to be in the UK and close to all her loved ones again but settling into the new home will have to wait as work comes first."

The former Coronation Street actress, 35, is currently in Australia filming BBC drama Ten Pound Poms Down Under - with Mark visiting her earlier this month after almost two months apart.

The former TOWIE star, 35, and Michelle looked blissfully happy on Wednesday, as they enjoyed a romantic stroll around Bondi Beach in Sydney.

Their outing comes one week on from the actress taking some time off to time off to visit Home And Away's Palm beach and enjoy oysters with her reality TV star husband in Sydney last Wednesday.

The couple - who tied the knot in 2015 - regularly live miles away from each other due to their respective work commitments, but Mark is hugely supportive of his wife's impressive career.

Speaking about Michelle's work last year, he gushed: "I’m extremely proud. I feel very lucky. The one thing I’ll say. I’m not arrogant or confident about any kind of talent because I can’t sing to save my life.

"I can’t act; like my wife’s a born actress and is incredible at what she does. I can’t do that."

He added: "I took a long long time to learn how to present TV, a long time to learn how to present radio. Yes I had a talent in football, not enough to go all the way. The one thing I will be arrogant about and confident about is I’ll always be the hardest working man in the room."

Away from their careers, the two stars have been working hard on building their dream home in Essex over recent years - with the couple hopefully they'll be living in the Georgian-inspired house before the end of the year.

The Our Girl actress and Mark snapped up the original property for £1.3million and had planning permission granted by Epping Council in July 2020.
