Michael Cohen returned to the stand for cross-examination by the defense in a high-profile trial. As he entered the courtroom, Cohen notably avoided looking in the direction of Trump, and the judge promptly called in the jury.

During the cross-examination, defense attorney Todd Blanche spent about two hours questioning Cohen. Blanche's line of questioning aimed to portray Cohen as a man fixated on Trump and seeking revenge.

Blanche is set to continue his questioning on Thursday, focusing on Cohen's alleged ties that he has previously disclosed. This strategy is intended to challenge Cohen's credibility in the eyes of the jury, as he is a crucial witness linking Trump to the $130,000 payment made to Stormy Daniels and the subsequent creation of false documents to conceal the repayment to Cohen.
