New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday declined mentioning by Bilkis Bano's lawyer seeking urgent listing of her plea challenging the premature release of 11 convicts, who had gang raped her and murdered her family members during the 2002 Godhra riots.

A bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and PS Narasimha was told by Bano's advocate Shobha Gupta that the petition was listed on Tuesday but not taken up.
