Martin’s ‘re-book trick’ allows holiday makers to get the best deal on their hotel if the price falls after they’ve booked it. The hack, which can save you hundreds, simply relies on the hotel having a free cancellation policy.

Sharing the tip to MoneySavingExpert.com Martin writes: “If the price of your hotel has dropped and your booking allows free cancellation, simply rebook for less. Check the latest prices on comparison sites Skyscanner, Kayak, and TripAdvisor - and keep checking before you go.”
