Hit reality dating show Married At First Sight UK is back with a bang, with a whole new batch of singletons ready to tie the knot with an unknown stranger on national TV.
The first episode of the new season, which traditionally sees contestants meet their future spouse for the first time on their 'wedding day', already had one contestant regretting their decision completely.
Episodes of the Channel 4 staple will air every night from Monday to Thursday at 9pm, and as we gear up for another series of nuptials and drama - we thought we would take a look back on one especially fiery North East contestant from last year, and see what she's up to nowadays.

Enter Nikita Jasmine...
Who did Nikita from MAFS 2021 marry on the show?
The Daily Star reports that Seaham native Nikita Jasmine married business development specialist and model Ant on last year's Married At First Sight UK. The show's producers revealed that the 27-year-old said they had 'done the total opposite of what she asked for', as soon as she was paired with Ant.
Though she wasn't particularly keen on the match with Ant, she decided to give the marriage a go after spending more time with her spouse and his family. However, the pair didn't last long, with their honeymoon ending with a heated row in which Nikita threw her cup at him, which led to her being removed from the show.
Are Nikita and Ant still together?
Nikita and Ant are definitely not together after their time together on Married At First Sight UK 2021. Nikita wasn't happy with her match from the beginning saying: "Looks are a huge thing for me and I don’t think they’ve listened to what I’ve said." While they tried to make their marriage work, a 'romantic' honeymoon took a turn after Ant told his bride: "If you want to get it out, get it out."
Nikita swore at him and threw her cup at him. This, followed by another outburst at their first dinner party, saw the end of their marriage and Nikita's time on the show.
Where is Nikita from Married at First Sight UK now?
Nikita did some travelling immediately after she stopped filming Married At First Sight. The lingerie model for underwear brand Belle Ragazza spent some time in Dubai and London.
She was also seen hanging out with some cast members of Geordie Shore, a show in which she's popped up in the background many times. Nikita then went on to try her luck in love once again with a stint on Celebs Go Dating in January 2022.
She now has her own OnlyFans page where she uploads racy content and offers a subscription for £9.99 per month. On the adult site, you can find her under the username xxxnjh where she describes herself as a 'northern girl' along with being 'half English / half Thai'.
Earlier this year, Nikita had surgery, although she didn't reveal what she went under the knife for most recently. She has previously been very candid about getting cosmetic surgery, including three rounds of full body liposuction, two boob jobs and a Brazilian bum lift.
