Amy has lost weight by overhauling her diet with help from personal trainer Marilyse Corrigan, who was a fellow bride on the hit E4 reality show which matches strangers who meet for the first time on their wedding day.
Sports presenter and qualified football referee Amy, who tied the knot with Josh Christie on the series screened last autumn, received a raft of compliments as Marilyse shared before and after photos on her Instagram showing Amy's transformation between January and February.
