Mark Cuban says artificial intelligence may not be the biggest threat to workers, but the person sitting next to them who knows how to use it better could be. In an X post, the billionaire investor warned: 'AI won't take your job. Someone who knows how to use AI better than you, will take your job.'
The warning comes as AI was cited in more than 120,000 announced US job cuts this year, while the technology is simultaneously driving demand for hundreds of thousands of new AI-related roles. That contradiction is becoming central to the debate over whether AI will ultimately destroy jobs or change which skills employers value most.
