IMPHAL: NDA partner JD(U) on Thursday evening released its manifesto for the Manipur assembly polls, promising to implement 28 points, including scrapping of the controversial Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act (AFSPA).
The party, which exuded confidence of emerging as single largest party, has fielded 39 candidates from both the hill and valley districts. Manipur will go to the polls on February 27 and March 3 to elect 60 legislators.
