Manchester United fans are demanding that Erik ten Hag starts Uruguayan youngster Facundo Pellistri at Leeds United on Sunday.
Pellistri has had to remain patient since moving to Old Trafford in 2020, having spent time on loan in La Liga with Alaves and also having yet to start a competitive game for United.
His most recent loan stint ended last summer and the arrival of Ten Hag meant that the winger remained in the north west rather than completing a third spell away from the club. After suffering an ankle injury in August, Pellistri did not play for the Reds' first team prior to the World Cup.

However, this did not stop Uruguay's head coach Diego Alonso from including him in his World Cup squad for Qatar. Pellistri would appear in all of the South American side's matches at the tournament but would return early following their elimination in the group stages.
United's youngster made his long awaited debut for the club off the bench in January as the Reds beat Charlton Athletic in the Carabao Cup and since then he has been trusted more. In midweek, the 21-year-old played a crucial role in Marcus Rashford's goal against Leeds as Ten Hag's men came back from 2-0 down to salvage a draw.
Ahead of the return visit to the Reds' fierce rivals on Sunday, United supporters on Reddit argued that Pellistri should be starting on the right wing. Here's what they said:
