The final line-up for the 2022 Manchester Food and Drink Festival has been announced, with a host of chef talks, demos, a street food village and the festival’s artisan market all back for its 25th anniversary. The festival takes place from September 22 to October 2, with the event’s ‘hub’ installed at Cathedral Gardens.
The Masterclass Kitchen will feature the likes of Guardian columnist and recipe icon Felicity Cloake, with other panels coming from Kate Humble, Lia Leendertz, Edd Kimber and Bake Off winner Rahul Mandal.
Manchester brewers Joseph Holt will return to commandeer the festival’s bar, at the festival hub, and will be brewing a special 25th anniversary beer, as well as showcasing 25 hand-picked local beers.
