A TikTok user who posts as @captain.t.roll said in a video that a meal with two friends ended with a handwritten note on the receipt after he left an $11 tip. The TikTok video has drawn about 1.2 million views and 14,200 comments.
He said they ate at Elmira’s Bisque, 1352 Main St., Dallas, Texas, on June 25, 2026. He stated that they ordered appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and drinks, and that the server had to return to the table several times.
