Man suffers life-changing injuries in police chase smash in Stanmore

A man is in hospital with potentially life-changing injuries after his car was smashed into by a hit-and-run driver fleeing a police chase.

The 36-year-old was smashed into by a black BMW being pursued by police along Honeypot Lane in Stanmore at 12.34am on Wednesday.
