A famously dangerous sex position caused an Indonesian man to fracture his penis, necessitating emergency surgery and leaving him with an "eggplant" penis.

The man cracked his penis while having sex with his partner, turning his brief moment of pleasure into agonizing suffering. A study claims that the unidentified 37-year-old male went to the hospital after hearing a fracturing 'pop' during sex.

The patient's penis started bleeding from the tip, and he was unable to urinate. He was hurried to the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial General Hospital. By the time he arrived at the hospital, he had developed "eggplant deformity," a condition in which the penis swells and turns deep purple. During the examination, it was discovered that the patient's penis had ruptured and was wide and deeply fractured.
The penis technically has no bones. A penile fracture occurs when the tunica albuginea, the tissue that causes the penis to expand and stand upright, is torn. When doing reverse cowgirl, the thrusting can be erratic. The male penis could fall out and get crushed by the female pubic bone if the motions of the two participants are not aligned.
