A man shouted 'Fuck you, I am racist' during a nighttime confrontation with a group in Austin, Texas, in footage shared on social media. Witnesses challenged his remarks, with one asking, 'You know we're in Texas?'
The recording prompted criticism and an online effort to identify the man. Although captions circulating with the footage linked the encounter to Austin City Limits Music Festival and described a possible threat to call immigration authorities, those details have not been independently established.
