Love Island Liam Reardon has opened up on his split from Millie Court but has said that, for him, a reconciliation isn't completely off the cards. The couple, who won Love Island 2021, announced they had gone their separate ways in July, just one year after meeting on the ITV2 dating show.
Now the bricklayer from Merthyr Tydfil has said he "hasn't ruled out" rekindling a romance with Millie. On whether they could get back together in the future Liam told OK!: "Never say never. Maybe one day in the future we’ll rekindle. But for now I just need to do my own thing and be on my own path."
Liam's comments come after he joined the Celebs Go Dating line-up to "take his mind off" the breakup. The 23-year-old told the publication: "I know her morals and what she has and that is something I would want in someone, in a wife. I need to concentrate on myself and if it’s meant to be, we’ll find our way back to each other."

Liam added that Millie "understood" his decision to join another dating show, adding: "She understands this lifestyle and career we’re in now so she was fine with it. Her career is going amazingly well. I’m proud of her."
The reality television star said that he was "catapulted" into stardom after Love Island but felt like he'd steered off track. "My career, bricklaying, was my life and then I’m not doing that so it’s very unnatural," he explained. "I didn’t know who I was. It was nothing to do with Millie – she is the perfect girlfriend."
Liam said that he's signed up for Celebs Go Dating to get his "mojo back". For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
