After arriving as a late addition to the villa, Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu has shaken things up on Love Island. Numerous boys have turned her head on the ITV show, and the latest has seen her cause a stir.
Having coupled up with Italian stallion Davide Sanclimenti, things had started to turn somewhat sour just before new boys Jay Younger and Remi Lambert arrived during Tuesday’s episode. Jay took no time to ruffle a few feathers, arguing the case against Davide to Ekin-su before inviting her to one of his three dates the following day.
During the date, Ekin-su made the suggestion to recreate the famous Lady and the Tramp scene by each sucking on one end of a solitary string of spaghetti, thus reaching the middle together. While all this was happening, Davide was seen to be watching from the balcony, even donning two pairs of glasses, joking: “I need to see this in high definition.”

What he saw mustn't have been pleasant to the eye, as the pair below him flirted to the extreme. As if that wasn’t enough, Ekin-su went on a further date with the other new boy, Remi, and was prompted to feed him too - Davide also saw this from the balcony and exclaimed: “Oh my days.”
Later, when Davide was talking to some of the other boys, viewers noticed his eyes had in fact turned red. Fans took to social media to suggest that this had actually been the result of him being brought to tears by what he had seen.
On Twitter, @kshmirix said: “Davide’s eyes are RED #LoveIsland.” @ChileNgandu added: “Bro Davide’s been crying #LoveIsland."
@bigonquality suggested: “Looks like Davide has hay fever #LoveIsland” while @imthvsgf asked: “Did Davide cry because she fed another Italian spaghetti #LoveIsland.”
Not everyone was a fan of Ekin-su’s games. @chloelou567 said: “That was the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen in my life and I once rapped on a date #loveIsland" and @ameliagc10 commented: “Not Ekin Su violating Davide with his national dish #LoveIsland.”
Other viewers were intimidated by Davide’s piercing stare. @PrincessIfee said: “Davide has turned into a long range sniper #loveisland” and @CassoBlax joked: “Davide is planning some mafia attack on Jay #loveIsland.”
The programme concluded with a snippet of tomorrow night’s episode. This suggested that Ekin-su will make her move on Jay, causing more potential heartache for Davide.
