Love Island 's Shaughna Phillips has shared a candid video of her lip fillers being dissolved as she encouraged her followers to be body confident.

The 27-year-old, who shot to fame in the winter edition of ITV ’s Love Island in 2020, wants to embrace a more natural look, and told her fans she wanted them to work on separating “their happiness from their body image”.

Shaughna underwent the procedure as she aims to “practice what she preaches”, and shared candid details of her appointment with her 1.5 million followers in a video on Monday.
