Love Island star Shaughna Phillips looked completely unrecognisable in a throwback snap she shared with fans.
The star, who appeared on the sixth series of the ITV2 show, took to Instagram to partake in a Q&A with her followers.
One fan asked the reality star for 'tips on being confident in ur body as a 16 yr old girl who gets bullied for it'.
Shaughna responded by sharing a sweet throwback snap of her posing at school with her teacher.
"Me at 16 (with the best teacher to ever exist)," she wrote before going on to answer the user's question.
She said: "Being 16 and being a girl is just a bad bad time. Trust me you're not alone, your hormones are all over the place, your body is changing, and it feels like the entire world hates you.
"But I promise you it doesn't my best advice is just to try and ride this horrible period out, because THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU!"
The TV personality added: "I can almost guarantee you that bullies are just jealous, I know it doesn't make it feel any better, but you are not the problem.
"Make sure you talk about it with whoever it is you feel safest with, never suffer along my darling."
She went on to jokingly ask the anonymous user to send her the bullies Instagram handles.
Shaughna has always been open with her fans about body positivity, how she feels and how she deals with trolls.

The star admitted she lacked confidence compared to her Love Island co-stars as she felt like the 'token fat girl'.
“I felt I was the token ‘fat girl’ or a tick-box exercise for the show to be more body inclusive,” she told Closer magazine.
Shaughna said she felt like she had to be “the funny girl as all the other girls were so pretty and skinny”, and she heartbreakingly revealed she ended up crying to the show’s therapist about her body confidence issues, telling her she felt “so fat”.
When she watched the show back, she realised she 'looked amazing' but didn't feel like she did due to a condition called lipoedema.
After leaving the villa in 2020, she was diagnosed with the condition, which causes an abnormal amount of fat cells to build up in the kegs, arms and thighs.
