Love Island 's Shaughna Phillips called out stars who 'pretend' to get their lip fillers dissolved.
The reality star, who recently launched her own fitness and nutrition plan, revealed she only got her fillers dissolved to start them again.
"I think a lot of stars pretend to get their lip fillers dissolved, whereas actually, they will just get them done all over again," she explained to OK! magazine.
"I actually didn’t get them dissolved because I don’t like filler anymore. I’m still very much team filler. I got mine dissolved because I needed to start mine again. I had some lumps in my lips and I couldn’t get rid of them without starting again."
Shaughna continued: "I was put off doing it for a while because I was so hung up on the thought of not having filler, but I needed to get that out of my head.
"I needed to think, 'You know what? There is more to life than having big lips,' so, although I will definitely get them done again, I appreciate it a lot more now."
She went on to remind people to only get things done for themselves and not because they think they should.
The reality star, who became a fan favourite thanks to her iconic 'congrats, hun' line on Love Island, recently shared a candid video of herself getting her lip fillers dissolved after she decided she wanted to embrace her natural beauty.
She had explained that she felt it was time to 'practise what she preaches' after encouraging her fans to 'separate their happiness from their body image'.
"The real reason I'm sharing my lips dissolving journey is because I have been preaching about separating your happiness from your body image," she told her fans at the time.
"I've been putting this off for so long because I just can't bear having no lips anymore but it needs to be done.

"I need to get it gone, it'll be done again in two weeks all fresh and new so I'm trying to practise what I preach."
Shaughna has been honest about her body confidence with her fans online.
Her new fitness plan, Be You With Shaughna, will also take a different approach to reach your goals.
She announced that she won't be sharing any before and after photos like many other personal trainers and influencers.
Shaughna revealed that her plan doesn't include before and after shots, guaranteed 'drop a size' promises, and no get fit quick plan.
It will also focus on mental health and ways to create a better relationship with food.
