Love Island winner Millie Court is experiencing "excruciating pain" in her neck after a boozy day of wine tasting with pals in Devon.
The series seven star, 25, has even made a make-shift neck brace using a hot water bottle and thinks she is suffering from “whiplash”.
"I can’t move my head without my neck being excruciating pain," she said in an Instagram story post – pleading for help from fans.
She was pictured throwing the peace sign as she penned a caption appealing for any advice from her 2million followers on the social media platform.
"So I think I may have whiplash from the rides last night,” she added after sharing a carousel of images of her at a vineyard with friends.
"Currently got a hot water bottle wrapped round my neck. But has anyone had this before and know the best way to make it feel better," she asked fans.
Pictures show the group at Sandridge Barton Wines in South Devon as they soak up the sun and the alcohol on offer.
One snap shows Millie’s pal with her mouth wide open, underneath the tap from one of the machines at the vineyard.
Millie posed for a picture in an all-white outfit, paired with a bright blue carry-on bag, in front of the factory – clutching a glass of vino in hand.
“First time wine tasting ended well,” she captioned the carousel.
Millie and Liam Reardon were crowned last year’s winners, beating Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran to win the £50,000 prize.
But last month the couple announced the shock news they had split after just under a year together.
"Hi everyone, to avoid any speculation, Liam and I wanted to share with you that we have separated," Millie wrote on Instagram in July.
"It's been a tough decision and I am gutted but it's ultimately what is best for us right now.
"Thank you to every single one of you for supporting our relationship.
"Nothing will ever take away from the amazing experience we shared in Love Island and the past year and I wish Liam all the best in everything he does."
Millie ended the emotional statement by writing: "We're both ready for new chapters and I'm excited for what's next. Love, Millie."
Liam released a similar statement writing: "We will both continue to be friends and I will remain as Millie's biggest supporter in all that she does and I know she will always do amazing.
"We're both ready for new chapters and I'm excited for what's next.
"Again I just want to thank you all for supporting us on what's been an incredible journey."
