Love Island's Millie Court has confirmed she is dating someone in a candid chat with her YouTube followers. The fashion buyer from Essex answered questions from her fans in a video called "Addressing the rumours" on the platform last week.
In the six-minute clip, the 26-year-old reflected on her break-up with her boyfriend Liam Reardon last year and claimed social media played a big part in their split. The couple, who won Love Island 2021, announced they were going their separate ways in July 2022. For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
In the video, that was posted on the platform on April 2, Millie also confirmed she was seeing someone, but said she wasn't ready to share their identity. Millie said: "I am going to confirm that I am dating someone. But I'm not ready to tell you guys yet.

"And I love you guys and I love your support but it's early doors and you all experienced a whole, full-blown meeting someone and a relationship on TV, like my whole thing, and then everything afterward."
Millie went on to add that while that time period "was the best experience ever" she struggled with the constant attention on her relationship. The reality television star continued: "There are lots of judgments, lots of people sending you messages because they've seen the other person out - and it means absolutely nothing - they could just be talking to another person and people would be like, 'they're cheating on you' when they're just having a chat.
"I struggled with that a lot because it just wasn't nice. I don't really want people to be involved in my personal relationship. It ruined things. It was a big part of why my last relationship ended."
She added: "It's been a while since then and this next chapter I'm going to be keeping it a secret for a little bit, just to see how it goes. Obviously in the end I will tell you guys."
Millie's admission comes just days before it was reported that she and Liam have reconciled. The fashion buyer from Essex and bricklayer from Merthyr are said to have spent a secret romantic weekend together in the Lake District over the Easter break.
Insiders claimed the couple have been talking and secretly meeting up while working through the issues that led to their breakup. When approached by WalesOnline, a representative for Liam said they "will not be making any comment" on the reports.
A source close to the pair reportedly told MailOnline: "Millie and Liam have been talking again, but it's early days for them. They weren't expecting to get back together after their breakup was so painful for them both, but months have passed, and they still couldn't stop thinking about each other. Coming out of Love Island was a whirlwind and now they're just looking to take things slowly and see if they can rebuild their relationship, which may take some time." You can read more on this here.
