Love Island winners Millie Court and Liam Reardon have announced they have split up after one-year of dating.
Millie, 26, and Liam, 23 - who met on the ITV2 reality show last year, which they went on to win - issued statements earlier on Instagram confirming that they have separated.
They however did not provide any details on the cause of the split, which has left them both "gutted" - with there speculation over what may have been behind the break-up.
It's been suggested they simply grew apart, but signs have shown the couple have been on the rocks for months - from Liam's unhappiness at being in Essex away from his family to taking trips apart abroad.
The Daily Mail reports the former couple - who lived together - have split up after "growing apart" in recent months as they both pursued individual work opportunities.
A source told the outlet: "There has been no drama or wrongdoing and they both still fully support each other. [...] They have [now] moved out of the Essex home they shared."
Fans have however speculated that the latest series of Love Island may have contributed to the break-up - theorising that Millie has been "triggered" by recent scenes on it.
It has been suggested recent scenes related to Casa Amor have brought back "past traumas" and "opened some wounds" for Millie, who had a tough time in the villa last year.
During her series, she was heartbroken to discover that Liam had cosied up to Lillie Haynes whilst he was in the other villa - with him having even kissed her at one point.
Liam chose to remain coupled up with Millie upon his return to the main villa and although she was initially devastated by news of his relationship with Lillie, she stayed with him.
There's been comparable drama on the ITV2 show this year, with a similar scenario surrounding Casa Amor having been playing out with Paige Thorne and Jacques O'Neill.
Fans have speculated that it's 'triggered' Millie and caused the break-up, with one tweeting this morning: "This year's Casa Amor must have brought back past traumas."
Another said: "I swear it was watching this year's Casa Amor that did it." "That Casa Amor season opened some wounds," said a fan, whilst another said: "Surely not a coincidence."
Others theorised that Millie seeing the situation unfold with Paige and Jacques prompted reflection of her relationship, with one fans saying it may have given her an epiphany.
"Millie saw [a recent episode with] Paige and Jacques and it appears finally realized how much of a mug she looked to take back Liam," tweeted one fan earlier this morning.
"Millie and Liam's split was definitely triggered by the Paige and Jaques situation. [Brought] up a lot I'm sure," said one viewer following the recent announcement.
Another had tweeted in their response to the news: "Millie deffo watched what had happened between Jacques and Paige on TV and had some epiphany about Liam."
There's been speculation that Liam and Millie's relationship was on the rocks for months, with the Daily Mail reporting that he confused fans with a remark back in March.
Discussing life after Love Island, he's quoted as having told the Heat podcast: "I've been put into Essex, no family no friends. Obviously, I'm with Millie, which is good [but] I'd wake up, but have nothing to wake up for."

Millie is said to have fueled split rumours as she jetted off to LA for a photoshoot for ASOS and Puma earlier this year, leaving Liam behind in the UK. Liam was reportedly nowhere to be seen when she attended her shoe launch with EGO either.
She said in her recent statement announcing the end of her relationship with Liam: "It's been a tough decision and I am gutted but it's ultimately what is best for us right now."
"Nothing will ever take away from the amazing experience we shared in Love Island and the past year and I wish Liam all the best in everything he does," she also stated.
Liam released a similar statement, adding: "We both will continue to be friends. I will remain as Millie's biggest supporter in all that she does and I know she'll always do amazing."
Both islanders said they were "gutted" and that they are prepared for new chapters, with Liam writing: "We're both ready for new chapters and I'm excited for what's next."
The Mirror approached reps of Liam and Millie for comment.
