Holidays are meant to be relaxing, peaceful, and the perfect time to unwind. However, as Welsh Love Island star Liam Reardon discovered eating the wrong thing can turn a holiday into a health dilemma, with the Merthyr Tydfil describing his face as looking like a "melted Welly."
