Love Island 2023 stars Olivia Hawkins and Kai Fagan turn their attentions back to each other on Thursday, as a new romance could be about to blossom.
Despite recent drama with other Islanders, they decide they want to get to know each other.
Two weeks after going their separate ways after the first coupling of the series, the pair are drawn back to each other in a U-turn despite not being that interested in each other until now.
It comes after Olivia decided to try again with Tom Clare, only to find out he'd kissed new girl Ellie Spence - while she ended up with new boy Spencer Wilks.
Kai meanwhile ditched partner T anyel Revan in the reocupling for new girl Samie Elishi, but it seems neither romance moves forward.
Two new boys have since entered the villa but it seems Olivia is keen on an original boy, and someone she chose on day one last month.
Olivia picked Kai to pair up with only for him to step forward for Tanyel, who went on to pick him.
Kai and Tanyel recently fell out over him not prioritising her and instead getting to know the bombshells - but now the latest episode sees Kai pull Olivia for a chat.
He tells Olivia: “For the past week I have been thinking I do want to get to know you more," to which Olivia agrees: “Yeah me too.”
As Kai and Olivia catch up she says: “Not to blow your head up but you are more my type. But I think that’s obvious because I picked you on the first day.”
Kai replies: “You’ll have to graft me a little bit though won’t you?”
As the flirting continues it seems romance could be on the way for the pair, two weeks on from the first episode - but what will Tanyel make of it?
It comes as Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown became the latest star to be dumped from the show, after weeks of rows and drama surrounding Tom.
As the latest recoupling hit the villa, the boys had to choose which girl to couple up with and which single girl to send home.
The boys picked one by one, including some interesting choices, resulting in Zara being left alone and dumped.
Just the episode before, Zara was seen making peace over her situation with Tom after realising he had kissed newcomer Ellie, while also telling Olivia he was keen to get to know her.
Zara told Tom he was a “game player” and left him storming off as she told him what she really thought of him.
It was Tom’s decision to choose between Ellie and Zara at the fire pit, with him going for new girl Ellie and sending Zara home.
Viewers were furious with the decision to send Zara home, claiming she “carried the show” before begging for a comeback.
So could Zara make a return for the much anticipated Casa Amor?
Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
