Louis Walsh is on the hunt for Ireland’s most eligible bachelor - as he teams up with married couple Pippa O’Connor and Brian Ormond on a celebrity judging panel.
The former Boyzone manager will also join ex-RTE newsreader, Anne Doyle, as the four celebrity judges chair this year’s Westmeath Bachelor Competition 2023 in Mullingar.
Men all over Ireland are set to flock to the Midlands town at the end of next month in the hope of winning the competition - giving the annual Rose of Tralee in Kerry a run for its money.

Last year’s competition entrants, aged from 21 to 62, impressed the celebrity judges by performing talent offerings such as singing, stand-up comedy - and a traditional ‘brush dance’.
Bryan Murphy, a 25-year-old Kerry farmer and musician, eventually walked away with the prize after intense competition from lads all over Ireland.
This year’s winner is set to receive an all-inclusive holiday to Ibiza, a brand new wardrobe and a cash donation to his chosen charity.
